Ownership of your work

You retain full ownership of any book, chapter, cover, audiobook, or translation you create with AI Book Writer IQ. We claim no rights to the content of your projects. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any source material you upload (transcripts, dictations, reference text, custom prompts).

AI-generated content

Outputs from the AI writing, cover, and audiobook tools are generated based on your prompts. You are free to publish, sell, and distribute the resulting work, subject to your local laws and the platforms you distribute through (Amazon KDP, Apple Books, etc.). See our AI Disclosure for details on how content is produced.

Respecting third-party rights

You may not use AI Book Writer IQ to reproduce substantial portions of copyrighted works you do not own or have a license to, to impersonate another author or living person, or to generate works that infringe trademarks. Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended.

DMCA and copyright complaints

If you believe content hosted on a public author profile infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@aibookwriteriq.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL of the allegedly infringing material on our service.
• Your contact information.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review and respond within 10 business days, and may take down the content while the claim is investigated.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.
